Families can gain the knowledge and confidence needed to advocate for their child and participate in the development of their child’s IEP long after their legal representation ends.

Special education attorney Jennifer Lynn Swanson taught special education in Texas for nearly a decade before obtaining her law degree.

She has since devoted her practice to serving families of children who need a special education law firm to address IEP, ECI, 504, and ARD concerns, among many other issues. She is also the mother of two young boys, both under the age of 3.
