Assisting children with special needs is both Patricia’s passion and her joy. As the mother of a daughter with special needs, she knows their potential is high, often underestimated, and that a strong education can help them flourish. Patricia will be by a parent’s side, ensuring that they know their child’s rights and fighting to secure a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for their child.
